Iconic motorcycle brand Harley-Davidson has a new home in Singapore, following the opening of its showroom at 28 Leng Kee Road last weekend. The event, hosted by Wearnes Harley-Davidson of Singapore, brought together Harley-Davidson owners for a night of music and revelry.
The programme also included a charity convoy ride of 50 motorcycles, the proceeds of which will cover the entry fees of the children who will be participating in the Unlabelled Run's 1km fun run.
Visitors to the 600 square metre showroom were able to check out designated spaces for owners to gather and socialise. They could also explore the wide variety of motorcycle components and accessories, riding apparel and lifestyle merchandise.
The new showroom is also claimed to be one of the first few dealerships in Asia Pacific designed in line with Harley-Davidson's latest visual identity. More importantly, it is where would-be owners can check out the lineup of the latest models from Harley-Davidson's Touring, Cruisers, Sport, Adventure Touring, and Grand American Touring range.
These models include the Fat Boy 114, Heritage Classic 114, Breakout 117, Low Rider ST, and Road King Special. Custom Vehicle Operations (CVO) models available include the CVO Street Glide and CVO Road Glide.
The new facility is home to a one-stop service centre as well, with a sheltered porch for customers to drop-off and collect their motorbikes. Helping owners keep their rides burbling contentedly is an aftersales team helmed by a Master Technician. The team can perform everything from scheduled maintenance to repairs to customisations.
Dimitris Raptis, Vice President, Asia Pacific of Harley-Davidson, said: "The new showroom is a testament to the strength and support of the Harley-Davidson brand within the riding community in Singapore."
"We want to thank Wearnes Singapore for investing in this showroom to allow enthusiasts and fans of Harley-Davidson to kickstart a new era of riding with us."
Andre Roy, CEO of Wearnes Harley-Davidson of Singapore, added: "We are thrilled to reveal the new Harley-Davidson Singapore showroom to our riders and are committed to giving all visitors an immersive Harley-Davidson brand experience."
"The latest brand design philosophy offers a seamless and personalised experience to make customers' every visit a memorable one. We are confident that the riding community in Singapore will be able to foster deeper bonds and share their passions in the future as we plan and execute more activities in this new space."
