Isuzu unveils the D-Max V-Cross Steel Edition

Displaying a fusion of style and functionality alongside bespoke accessories, enhancing rugged charm and urban sophistication, was the new Isuzu D-Max V-Cross Steel Edition, which industry professionals and enthusiasts got the opportunity to take a closer look at during the Commercial Vehicle Show at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, U.K.
The V-Cross Steel Edition is built upon the highest specification Izusu D-Max model within the pickup's Adventure range. The limited edition vehicle brings about styling and convenience features including automatic Bi-LED head lights and windscreen wipers, 18-inch alloy wheels, parking sensors and a reversing camera.
Some of the most notable features that customers can find on the D-Max V-Cross Steel Edition include a wheel arch fender flare kit in dark grey, rear arch extensions in dark grey, roof rails in dark grey, electric folding Mirrors, a dark grey Isuzu emblem in its front grille, a damped bespoke tailgate, as well as Steel-branded embossed headrests, side graphics, LED scuff plates, illuminated puddle lamps, a tailgate badge, and a luxury carpet mat set, all of which compliments the exclusive Steel Grey Mica exterior colour.
On top of these features, the vehicle also come with side steps and a keyless entry system that allows easy access to the cabin. This cabin has also been crafted to optimise driver comfort thanks to its use of leather upholstery and an electrically adjustable driver's seat with power lumbar support. On a more technological level, the pick-up is fitted with the dual-zone climate control and a 9.0-inch touchscreen equipped with DAB, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Staying true to Isuzu's rugged features, the D-Max V-Cross Steel edition offers a one-tonne payload alongside a 3.5-tonne towing capacity. It also comes with a shift-on-the-fly four-wheel drive system and a rear differential lock. With the ability to wade through water up to 800mm deep, the D-Max V-Cross Steel is the perfect choice for on or off-road adventures.
Isuzu also fitted the D-Max V-Cross Steel edition with safety features for both the driver and the passenger. The vehicle is the first ever pick-up in the U.K. to feature Advanced Driver Assist Systems safety system as a standard across the range, which have earned it a five-star rating in the Euro NCAP test.
The Isuzu D-Max Steel Edition will be available with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox, and will be limited to just 300 examples in the U.K.
