Eurokars Group launches revamped Eurokars Leasing arm

Not just a nondescript, base-spec family sedan, but your dream ride in immaculate condition - yours to take on the road for the weekend, without the long-term financial strings of car ownership. And then another dream ride the week (or month) after. 

That is the very realistic ideal now being sold by the revamped Eurokars Leasing. Dubbed a "significant transformation", as well as "Eurokars Leasing: Redefined", its rebrand was grandly celebrated at its updated site at Tanjong Penjuru on Tuesday evening (15 October 2024).

The automotive scene was arguably very different when Eurokars Leasing was established in 1999 to offer customers "exceptional car rental and leasing services". 25 years on, the leasing arm of mega auto-dealership Eurokars Group is wholeheartedly embracing a fresh lease of life as the idea of car ownership continues to change in Singapore.

Revitalised under the philosophy of 'Experiences beyond boundaries', the reintroduction of the firm comes as attitudes towards car ownership continue to evolve.

Noting that many younger Singaporeans today value greater flexibility, more convenience, and of course, an inclination towards amassing experiences rather than material possessions, the Group believes its brightened spotlight on its leasing arm now capitalises on the growing trend of 'asset-light' living.

Eurokars Leasing's latest-generation online booking platform promises to fully integrate all services required during the process of booking a car for lease or short-term rental

With its efforts centred on elevating the customer journey, a key pillar of the revitalisation is Eurokars Leasing's latest-generation, fully-integrated online booking platform. Streamlined for extra intuitiveness and fewer clicks, customers can choose from a variety of models, select the duration of their rental/lease period, and view all vital pricing information up front from the website.

On the note of model selection, Eurokars Leasing states that yet another one of its strengths pertains to the variety of models in its fleet.

Without forgetting more mass-market names like the Mazda 3, the breadth of cars available extends all the way up to super-luxury models such as the BMW 7 Series and 8 Series Gran Coupe, and even includes special edition cars, such as the MINI Cooper S Paddy Hopkirk Edition and MINI Cooper S Clubman Untold Edition. (On Tuesday evening, we spotted a BMW X1 M35i, a Porsche Macan, and a BMW 330i Touring present.)

One of Eurokars Leasing's strengths is its diverse model fleet, which ranges from mass market names all the way to luxury cars and special-edition models 

Speaking to the guests at the event, Mr. Dylon Lim, Head of Eurokars Leasing, explained, "We understand that no two journeys are the same, which is why the fleet is extremely diverse today. We are not just focussing on similar brands; we're picking every single thing possible so that our customers can get to enjoy the best vehicles."

Finally, it's not just the digital sphere that Eurokars Leasing has made an effort to upgrade too.

Part of its brand transformation also includes an exclusive Rental Experience Lounge housed at its Tanjong Penjuru site, in which customers can kick back and relax when returning and collecting their cars. Complimentary refreshments are par for the course, but here's a special fun fact: With Eurokars' collaboration with homegrown scent-maker, Atelier Aroma, customers should notice that the pleasant scents that greet them here will also greet them in the cars they rent.
